I have worked with Mr. Fraser over the past nine months during his appointment to the City of Raleigh Historic Cemeteries Advisory Board.

 

Within the first few months of his term, the Board was asked to address some very challenging and controversial topics.  Jose took initiative to fully research the issues, formulated thoughtful, well-reasoned arguments, and provided meaningful input into the Board’s final recommendations to City Council.  Mr. Fraser’s excellent communication skills, positive outlook and pleasing personality enhance his natural leadership qualities.

 

Mr. Fraser also volunteers his time to serve on two Board Committees where he has proven to be trustworthy, dependable, enthusiastic, personable, open-minded, and result-driven.  It is my pleasure to work with a man of such caliber.
